- Once you received the LOA from SwissIX please forward it to your contact at CERN.
- Please advise via Ticketing System or noc@swissix.ch when the Cross-Connect is ready.
- Note: You will be invoiced by CERN for this Cross-Connect (please ask for a quote).
colobern.ch, Bern Wölflistrasse
- Once you received the LOA from SwissIX please contact support@colobern.ch
- Please advise via Ticketing System or noc@swissix.ch when the Cross-Connect is ready.
- Note: Cross-Connect from your rack to SwissIX @ colobern may be free and sponsored by colobern. Please check with colobern.ch if your port qualifies for this.
colozueri.ch AG, Zürich
- Once you received the LOA from SwissIX please contact support@colozueri.ch
- Please advise via Ticketing System or noc@swissix.ch when the Cross-Connect is ready.
- Note: Cross-connect from your rack to SwissIX @ colozueri.ch may be free and sponsored by colozueri.ch. Please check with colozueri.ch if your port qualifies for this.
Digital Realty ZUR1, Opfikon
- Please use Digital Realty’s Customer Portal to order a Cross-Connect from your rack to SwissIX. Provide Digital Realty with the Letter of Authorization you receive from SwissIX. They will confirm as soon as your physical connection is ready. In case of questions contact CIM CH Team.
- Please advise via Ticketing System or noc@swissix.ch when the Cross-Connect is ready.
- Note: You will be invoiced by Digital Realty for this Cross-Connect (please ask for a quote).
Equinix (Switzerland) GmbH, Zürich
Datacenters 1, 2, 4 & 5
- Please use the Equinix Customer Portal to order a Cross-Connect from your rack to SwissIX. Provide Equinix with the Letter of Authorization you receive from SwissIX.

Green Datacenter Zürich-West, Lupfig
- Please use the Green Customer Portal to order a Cross-Connect from your rack to SwissIX. Provide Green with the Letter of Authorization you receive from SwissIX.

- Note: Cross-Connect setup costs (OTC) and monthly costs (MRC) are sponsored by Green Datacenter AG
